• You can pair Formation Bar with Formation Bass and a maximum of 2 Flex for a 5.1 configuration. The system only handles Dolby Digital which is the most common streaming codec for multi-channel.

• I have set it up as 5.1 with 2 flex and the subwoofer, I assume with 2 more you could do 7.1 Set up was a bit of a hassle with the app, but 2nd attempt recognized all devices.
