- Answer Hello. It is possible to use your Zeppelin over Bluetooth without the need to connect the product to a network. With your Zeppelin in setup mode – indicated by the Multifunction button pulsing slowly amber – press and hold the Multifunction button for 5 seconds. The Zeppelin will play an audio prompt and the Multifunction button will be flashing blue. This indicates that the Zeppelin is in Bluetooth pairing mode and can be connected to via your source device’s Bluetooth menu. The Zeppelin will be available in the Bluetooth menu under the name ‘Zeppelin’ The Bowers & Wilkins Music App is required to connect your Zeppelin to your home network and also to establish connection with other Formation products in your home. The Bowers & Wilkins Music App also provides some control and configuration functions during use. Before you begin your Zeppelin installation, you will need to download and install the Bowers & Wilkins Music App on your iOS or Android device. The Bowers & Wilkins Music App requires iOS 11.4 or later, or Android V8.1 or later. Bluetooth and WiFi services must be enabled on your iOS or Android device. You will also need to know your WiFi network password.

- Answer Hello. The Zeppelin is wireless with how it receives an audio signal, but it plugs into a wall outlet for it's power. It is not a rechargeable device.

QuestionCan 2 Zeppelins be paired together?

- Answer Zeppelin is a stereo speaker in one cabinet. For this reason, it cannot be paired with another Zeppelin to create a stereo pair. However, Zeppelin does contain Formation Wireless technology that allows multiple Zeppelin to be connected to each other across a home, playing the same piece of music. This might include 2 Zeppelin in a living room, or multiple Zeppelin in different rooms. This feature will be activated this year.

QuestionCan the Zeppelin be paired with an echo dot since it has alexa built in? I have my echo dot connect with an AUX cable to an old Bower and Wilkins speaker and would like this to act as a second echo device and pair them as you can pair two echo dots.

- Answer The Zeppelin does not have an AUX IN connection. Only Bluetooth.

- Answer Yes, you can pair with an earlier model or the same model, but they must be in separate rooms to work.

- Answer This speaker doesn't have a battery it must be plugged in. This is not your typical carry around Bluetooth speaker it weighs around 14 pounds.
