For #1 - Possibly not installed properly. I installed it myself and there have been no issues as such. You should ask them to check for the problem if it is that much wobbly. For #2 - Not sure what you are referring here. If you are referring to brining it back to normal position .i.e. unfolding, then you do have to press a bit on the hydraulic bar and then it should start lowering down but manual support is still needed till it is fully down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.BestBuy guys installed mine aslo and there is no wobble anywhere on the machine. You might have to call them back. As far as the letdown you need to kick that red sleeve to break the tension and then let the hydraulics lower it. It isn't as user-friendly as advertised but the safety feature of that red thing prevents it from falling on you while lowering.
