Is this difficult to assemble? null

You need two people to assemble this unless one of them is really strong. It is a heavy treadmill. Follow the instructions and see the pictures carefully. Do not tighten the bolts unless the instructions clearly states so.

I did not think it was difficult to assemble, I am a woman and did it by myself, I didn't need any help.
