They did for me, with no extra cost.

Yes they can for a fee unless specified pickup only. We had to pick ours up but since we purchased on sale, it was worth it. There is a delivery fee and installation fee unless you have the Total Tech package (which we do) - so I'm not sure how much tat would be. Our installer was great and got the treadmill up and running in about 20-30 minutes.

Yes, there is a charge for that. It is a great machine, we are happy with it.
