• I love my C7. I believe you can use regular sneakers or the "special" sneaker. I replace my pedals so I can pedal with flip-flops too.

• No, this bike does not require special footwear. You can use your regular gym shoes or if you’re serious about riding you can get biking shoes. The pedal has two options for riding, which you can see in the picture.
