• I’d be shocked if it’s more than front t door delivery. I paid for them to assemble it so that included putting it in place. This machine is a beast and I love it but it’s heavy.

• Yes. Where we live BB contracts with another company to deliver and set up fitness equipment so it may not be an actual BB crew. But, the crew that showed up did a great job and they put it where we wanted it, assembled it, and hauled away the trash.
