Yes, all of the above. The only downside is that you have limited options if you only keep the trial/free version. If you pay for the membership it gives you more options (and better options). Even without the membership, this treadmill is pretty Great!

Nice, France in the summer, and the Ireland countryside. There are many more locations to experience.
