No it doesnt but I was able to get use to the position in my Mercedes C300, it kinda gives a nice stationary look

No, there is no capability to raise the holder.

Hi there Harold, thanks for the question. This mount extends outwards so that it can fit inside virtually any size cup holder. However, it does not extend upwards in length. If you want a mount that is higher up for vision, I would recommend looking into our Dasboard / Windshield mounts, or even our vent mounts.
