• This worked great inside my OtterBox case. I peeled off the soft outer cover and put the disc directly to the hard plastic and then reinstall the soft outer cover.

• I recently purchased this at Best Buy and plan on returning it. I have previously purchased similar items for my car to hold my iPhone 11, and each never held the phone. Before purchasing this device I asked two different sales persons if they thought that it would hold my iPhone inside it's case? Each person said it would. Needless to say it didn't so I am now going to return it.
