However, we have heard in certain instances that customers phone cases were too thick for this to work. As long as your case isn't rather thick like an Otterbox is, it will work through the case. A:AnswerThis worked great inside my OtterBox case. I peeled off the soft outer cover and put the disc directly to the hard plastic and then reinstall the soft outer cover.
A:AnswerI think the only solution is to replace it all together. I'm buying a new phone case because mine is pretty beat up and I just realized I have to buy a whole new Mount and magnet but for 12 bucks really can't be that mad.
