The bottom support is able to move up or down, to adjust where the magnet hits your phone, I use my Galaxy S5 in landscape and it's perfect with the support all the way up, if you move it all the way down the magnet hits the center of the phone if it's in portrait mode.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a brace on the bottom which can be adjusted by height. Extending it provides better stability for when in portrait mode. Retracting the brace makes it simple to rest the phone in landscape. You do not need to turn the assembly sideways. The phone will rest in portrait or landscape upright as it is pictured.
