QuestionWhat is the charging output rating?Can the built in external battery pack successfully charge a high power device, such as Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, which requires 2.1 amp charging rate? Any output below 2.1 amp will effectively DRAIN the battery of SGN Pro 12.2.

QuestionFlex Station LightsI don't see a manual. Trying to figure out what all the green light flashes mean. Is it charging? Is it done charging? Thanks

QuestionWhat special device is needed to charge the device? The answer "you need a micro usb cable" is pointless. I have tried a variety of USB wall chargers and a laptop charging USB port and nothing will charge up the battery.

- Answer You need to plug in a micro USB cable (Like the ones you use for your most blu tooth headphones) to the Power station. Then plug the other end of the Micro USB cable to a USB wall charger. That is the best way to charge this station.
