Hi there, thanks for your questions. 1. The PwrUp Clean is intended to fully charge your phone, as long as you leave the phone within the device long enough. If you are running into issues with this please contact us further at [email protected] 2. Your device is likely warm after charging because the PwrUp Clean features a 9W high-speed charging coil for Samsung Galaxy, and 7.5W charging to charge iPhones 10% faster. Faster charge = higher temp! 3. I am not certain on this one, if there is not an on / off switch on the PwrUp Clean then you may have to unplug the device in order to turn off all lights. Thank you!
