- Answer Hi there, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. Thanks for your question! Because the PwrUp Clean is both a UV Sterilizer AND a wireless charger, it is not recommended for use with credit cards. While credit card technology has improved a lot over the years, it is still possible that the magnet within the wireless charging coil in this device may affect a credit card. Thanks! QuestionDoes this fit all Iphones. I currently have an old iphone 7 or 8 but will be upgrading to the latest model. Just in case it doesn't happen soon I would like to know it it fits all models.

QuestionWill it charge a Samsung A20?

- Answer Hi there, thanks for your question. The Samsung A20 is not compatible with Qi wireless charging unfortunately, so this will not charge your device without some sort of adapter. QuestionDoes this ONLY sanitize & charge at the same time? Or can the charging & sanitizing be done separately ?

- Answer It does both. The “sanitation” process only takes a few moments. The phone will charge as long it’s left inside. You can leave it inside without initiating the sanitation process to just charge a phone.

QuestionDoes the UV light turn off automatically(after 15 minutes let's say) after your device has been fully sanitized? Assuming the phone charges in the UV bay, can the UV sanitizing light/function be turned OFF to use it as just a standalone wireless charger?

- Answer Hi there, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. Thank you for your question! After 5 - 10 minutes, your device will complete sterilization and the process will automatically stop. You do not need to open the lid or remove your device if you do not want to. Also, yes, the PwrUp Clean can be used solely as a wireless charger without the UV sterilization function being on. - Answer Hi there, thanks for your questions. 1. The PwrUp Clean is intended to fully charge your phone, as long as you leave the phone within the device long enough. If you are running into issues with this please contact us further at [email protected] 2. Your device is likely warm after charging because the PwrUp Clean features a 9W high-speed charging coil for Samsung Galaxy, and 7.5W charging to charge iPhones 10% faster. Faster charge = higher temp! 3. I am not certain on this one, if there is not an on / off switch on the PwrUp Clean then you may have to unplug the device in order to turn off all lights. Thank you! - Answer Hi, I have an Apple battery case for both of my iPhones (11 Pro Max and XR) without having to remove the extended battery cases, I hope this provides a perspective. I suggest you take a trip to the store and have the Sales associate open the box and insert your cell phone in with the Otter Box case. That is what I did to confirm that it would fit. Good luck.
