“Do you have to remove your phone cover (ex an Otter box) to use it?”

• Hi, I have an Apple battery case for both of my iPhones (11 Pro Max and XR) without having to remove the extended battery cases, I hope this provides a perspective. I suggest you take a trip to the store and have the Sales associate open the box and insert your cell phone in with the Otter Box case. That is what I did to confirm that it would fit. Good luck.

• Hello Eilee, No removal necessary - leaving a case on a device would sterilize surfaces that are handled the most. For a full clean, however, you would need to sterilize your phone and case separately.
