Hi there Jim, thanks for your question. The TripGrip is designed to work year round. Please try rinsing off both the suction cup on the mount as well as the windshield / dashboard with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. Please reach out to us at [email protected] for further questions should you have any!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It doesn’t matter what the weather is, it will still all of a sudden fall off, usually while you’re driving ! Mine fell off near the gas pedal, not safe !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recommend cleaning the suction area with hand sanitizer. Leave some on it place it on the glass ( preferably when the sun is out) hold for approximately 30 to 60 seconds (until it’s not sliding) the sun/ warmth will do the rest. Be sure to lock in place to reinforce the suction.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No clue. Did you defrost first to warm the glass?
