“My Braun 4144 green on light does not flash, and therefore, no power goes to the blades (in the pitcher). So far, it is still box new, but the box is gone and the blender will not work. Is it something I am doing wrong? It was a gift, so I have no info.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a button on the top. When you push the button it turns steady green. Immediately squeeze the body and the blades should start. If you wait too long or stop, I have to press the top button again to get a green light. When I stop, the light on top goes back to red. It must be a safety feature. In the blender attachment, you do have to twist it a bit until it clicks to lock in place.
