• I know this question is really old, but I just got the newer model of this machine and googled the same question so this came up in the search. For my new machine it says "To turn off the beeping sound on your Braun MultiServe coffee maker, position the lever in the "drip stop" position, then press and hold the "Bold" and "Gold" buttons together for 3 seconds*. No clue if it'll work on the older versions, but work a try!

• It beeps three times but if you’re in another room its easy to miss
