Best to just throw it away and chalk it up to a poor life experience. Its best feature is its pitiful 5 min runtime on a full charge which reduces your aggravation and pain to a short 5 min window whenever you use it. Better yet, just don't buy it. Full Disclosure: I own a Braun 9000 Series shaver and I love it. That's the reason I spent the money to buy this XT5. Even great companies that make great products can sometimes have a flop.
