  • Questionhello, I have installed the fan but it seems to cycle through all light colors every time you turn on the power. Is there a way to select one of the three colors permanently?

    • Answer Hi Jerald, Thank you for your question! This fan’s light has a memory function, so it can remember your preferred color temperature. To set it, please follow these steps: 1. Turn on the light. 2. Adjust it to your preferred color temperature. 3. Wait about 10–15 seconds. 4. Turn off the light. 5. Wait another 10–15 seconds, then turn it back on.
