This fan has two different versions, and the control method depends on the model number:

Model 24002-ORB → Remote control version

Model 24002-ORB-PC → Pull-chain control version (no remote)

The one listed on this page (24002-ORB-PC) is the pull-chain model, so it does not include a remote.

If you need the remote-control version, please look for model 24002-ORB.
