Is jar plastic or glass null

The jar is plastic and in my opinion much better than the old heavy glass jar of my old cuisinart blender which this blender replaced. After using this blender daily for over a month, I prefer the plastic jar.

It is a plastic that is IPA free.

The jug of the Breville® BBL620 Fresh & Furious™ is Triton™ BPA free plastic.
