Can you roast a 12 lbs turkey in this? null

Yes, It is capable of up to a 14LB Turkey, but personally, I have not tried it with a Turkey. That said, this oven does everything I have tried very well. It cooks evenly front to back and side to side.

The internal cooking area is (W) 16" x (D) 13.5" x (H) 7".
