Our coating does have PTFE, but is not made with PFOA. Prop 65 is California State legislation and not a regulation. We provide the Prop 65 disclaimer in order to be compliant with the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1986 (California Proposition 65).Materials and compounds used in the manufacturing of Breville® products are considered proprietary and may not be disclosed. All Breville® products are food safe and compliant with all applicable U.S. & Canadian product safety regulations and requirements.
