• Honestly this one does the job well you can set it in high or low and get most of it. So that you have dry compost I love this juicer you just got to know how to use it properly.

• The compost is absolutely dry! depending on the fruits/vegetables you use, it will vary how fast the container that captures the compost builds up.

• In my experience, the compost is not very wet at all. It is really dry. Of course, this is my first juicer, so I am not an expert.

• The compost left is not that wet, there is very little liquid left over after juicing.

• The pulp which is removed from the Breville Plus Juicer is not dry and feels like it has a fair amount of juice in it. Some people recycle this but I have not so far as it seems to be too much trouble for what one could get from the pulp.
