• The higher end model that is stainless has the added feature of more motor speeds. We bought both models for two different homes and honestly I would suggest there is little value to the extra speeds. The two speed model does everything you need and runs like a top

• Breville Juice Fountain Plus has more stainless steel than plastic.. This makes the unit sturdier particularly when pulverizing.

• The 800JEXL and BJE820XL are both a combination of Die-Cast metal and stainless steel parts which exceed the quantity of stainless steel over plastic than other models such as the JE98XL. This is a personal preference.
