• Low speed is at 6,500 RPM High speed is at 12,000 RPM. Low speed produces more juice from soft fruits High speed is used for harder fruits like apples or pineapples

• These people are giving you the Watts, check the Breville web site, it list the rpm's. I believe it was 12,000 rpm's on high and 6,500 rpm's on low.
