• A:Answer It is not recommended that the crumb tray for the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air be covered with anything while in operation due to it's very close proximity to the lower heating elements.

• A:Answer It is normal for condensation to occur near the screen on the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air depending on the moisture of the food being cooked and the setting being used. The baking pan that accompanies the oven can be placed on the wire rack in the rack setting below the Air Fry basket to prevent dripping.

• A:Answer Most definitely.. It is a toaster oven, but also a convection oven if that is the model that you have. I cook and bake everything in mine. I bake meatloaf, pies, cakes, chicken.. I use mine everyday, and hardly use my big range oven. Hope this has helped you.

• A:Answer Yes, The Breville BOV900 Smart Oven fits nicely on our countertop with 4" of space between the top of the oven and the upper cabinets. DO NOT place anything on top of or a couple inches to either side during use because the outside of the oven does get hot to the touch. The air space is needed for proper ventilation and cooling. We like our Breville oven as a convenient companion to our regular oven. We use ours all the time.
