• The Breville® Smart Oven® Air is a toaster oven, operating similar to that of a convection oven. It does not function like a microwave.

• No, you can not microwave. It is strictly a convection oven. It does heat up very fast and convection does bake a little faster, but it definitely is not a microwave.
