“Does this unit have an auto shut off feature in case someone leaves it on too long?”

• All of the functions on the Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro require a time setting which will shut the function off once complete. With no interaction with the oven for a minimum of 10 minutes, the oven will go into a stand-by mode. However, unless unplugged from the wall outlet, the oven will not completely shut off.

• Yes, every program has a timer. It will turn off when cook time is done.
