“I just bought the 845BSS and upon inserting the crumb tray, it seems as though the oven door does not fully open. Does the crumb tray need to be inserted for all functions?”

• The crumb tray is probably in upside downn. Turn it over and will fit flush.

• The best way to insert the crumb tray is to close the door of the Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro, turn the finger grip of the crumb tray to where it looks like a wide n and slide it into the cavity beneath the closed oven door. If the tray will not go in, please contact Breville® directly.
