• Depending on the cooking function used, the Breville® BOV845BSS Smart Oven® Pro can have the timer adjusted up to 10 hrs.

• Various functions have different maximum time ranges, such as reheat goes up to 2 hours, warm up to 2 hours, slow cook up to 2 hours, ect
