A:AnswerThis comes with 2 stainless steel racks, an enameled bake pan. A round pizza pan. And an open basket rack. If you use the open basket rack to roast it will toast on both sides at the same time. You must have used the baking pan before to toast and yes, that would only be able to toast one side at a time. Also, make sure your crumb tray is slid into the bottom area of your oven so that it doesn’t leave a trail of crumbs for you to have to clean up! Hope this answer helps.
A:AnswerHave never used an abrasive cleaner on my oven. I keep it wiped off frequently to prevent the need for heavy cleaning. My 6 year old oven still looks new.
A:AnswerAdd about 1 1/2 mins for preheat. Baking times are only approximate times as ovens vary. Always have to check and you can always add time. Just have to watch so you don't over bake.
A:AnswerWe just bought ours new and it has a small dent in the back, right in the middle of the unit. We’ll be calling tomorrow and finding out about an exchange. Box was damaged when we picked up from the store so may have happened being shipped to Best Buy. They didn’t have it in stock.
A:AnswerIt heats up FAST and it's probably pulling a lot of wattage. I have it on a regular old circuit with other things but I wouldn't put it on the same circuit as, say, a microwave, and use them at the same time.
A:AnswerIt comes with a 2 racks, air fryer basket, broiler pan, and pizza pan. The bottom is supposed to be non stick, but I always line mine with non stick foil. I change it about every 2-3 weeks. You can also wipe the foil in between uses.
The oven interior is easy to lean if you do it regularly. Simply wipe it after each use.
