A:AnswerYou can set it to froth as much as you like. I have always gotten a good amount of froth but only use just a little milk. I think if you use too much milk you get hot milk on the bottom but still a good amount of froth on top. My daughter froths it twice because who doesn't love froth! So to answer your question, you do get a lot of froth with this machine but if you like it extra dry, spoon the froth off the top to avoid any hot milk in the bottom.
A:AnswerHey! I ordered this machine on like December 1st. My machine didn’t arrive until just a couple days ago 01/04/2021. I heard that breville was halting ALL shipments to come software update and wasn’t shipping anything to anyone (direct buyers or distributors). I am sure the machines will all be on the shelves soon since breville is now shipping
