If you plan to make several drinks from this machine within a short amount of time, then I would say no. Only because the water tank will need to be refilled often. If you have a heavy flow of customers who want to get their drink fast, this could be a issue.

Yes this will work for coffee shops. It just needs to be used by employees making the drinks. If used by employees it needs to be cleaned after each use. They need to be aware of this. Cleaning is easy and takes 1 minute

Probably not business. Great for residential. Commercial machines hook up directly to a waterline. This one has a tank.

Not really due to not having a double-broiler. Meaning having the ability to make the espresso & steam/froth milk simultaneously. It would be more efficient to spend more on a machine and get something with a double-broiler to cut-down on time.
