Can bread dough be proofed in this oven null

Generally proofing of bread should occur between 80 to 90 degrees F. The Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave has a low temperature setting at 100 degrees so it is not quite what is needed for Proofing.

The Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro has a preset for proofing. It has features the microwave doesn't have but having both will cover most of your cooking needs.
