Sadly, no. That's the only thing it won't do well since there's no bottom elements. I suppose if you really needed to, you could use the grill function and flip it over half way through, but it would take twice the time.

Yes, you can toast items using the stand up rack and placing two pieces of bread between the slots. Use 185 as the oven temperature, then toast for as long as you would in a toaster.

Yes the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave does act as both a microwave and a toaster oven, however, there is no toast function on this.
