will this bake a 2 crust pie null

Absolutely. I make pies regularly and they are usually 2 crusts or have a crumb topping. I use the small crust protectors around the edge to keep them from browning too much. Or if I need to bake it over an hour, which is most of the time, I may lay a flat metal lid on top. It's great for pies.

The interior dimensions of the Breville® BOV650 Smart Oven® Compact are (W) 16.5" x (D) 15.5" x (H) 10.25" and the oven does feature a Bake function.
