QuestionWhat model # of Breville convection toaster/pizza oven has the largest size?

- Answer i own a BREVILLE B0v650 compact smart oven and you can cook a frozen pizza in it.. you can buy pizza pans from the company or you can bake your own,,, i would suggest a small size pizza,,,,, read the instructions in the booklet... or you can call BREVILLE directly at 1-8662738455....the booklet included is easily read......I find the BREVILLE easy to use......as you can add cooking time and degree changes without having an anxiety attack... when it finishes cooking . it will beep ... the light will stay on.. don't panic it will shut off as it cools........ i probably do not have the largest BREVILLE oven but it works well for me and for two people.

QuestionIS THERE A VOCAL TIMER THAT TICKS AND DINGS???? DOES IT CONSISTENTLY TOAST BREAD WITHOUT A TIMER?????? THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLIES.

- Answer The timer function varies by task. Set toast for number of pieces and darkness level and at the end of cycle you get beeps. So yes there is a beep for toast timing that you control and when it is complete the oven shuts off and beeps to let you know its done. Same for bagel, bake and broil. I have set broil to ten minute intervals and when done it will beep. For baking there is a prebake temp that occurs prior to the actual baking. When prebake temp is reached then the baking will occur at your desired temp for as many minutes as you desire.

QuestionWhat is the length of the toaster oven from front to back with the door opened? Also, some people have said that when toasting bread, the bottoms of the slices do not brown the same as the tops. Has anyone experienced this?

- Answer We absolutely love this toaster oven. It actually bakes cookies better than my full size built in oven. Cakes, pies, casseroles, meatloaf, rolls, etc. I use it for everything I can get to fit in it. I rarely ever use my full size oven. I thought I would hate a toaster oven but I really just can't get by without it. I know this sounds like a commercial but it is true.

QuestionWhy don't you rate " Ease of Cleaning " ? I currently have an old Cuisinart that works great but is a nightmare to clean - Plus the writing next to settings has worn off. Where is heating element, top/ bottom? How do u clean grease from inside oven?

- Answer I clean the glass door regularly with a Magic Eraser and it stays sparkling clean. The elements are at the top and bottom. As for other burned on grease, the inside is such a dark color you can't see it. Nor can you get it off.

- Answer Absolutely. I make pies regularly and they are usually 2 crusts or have a crumb topping. I use the small crust protectors around the edge to keep them from browning too much. Or if I need to bake it over an hour, which is most of the time, I may lay a flat metal lid on top. It's great for pies.

- Answer Close the door of the Breville® BOV650 Smart Oven® Compact. Look just below the closed door and there will be a wide opening that the crumb tray will slide into.

- Answer It should be able to handle a 4 lb. chicken with no problem - may take a little longer to cook, but not much - great oven - we love the options and the size. Easy set up, as well.

- Answer First make sure it's unplugged and is completely cooled down. You can use some mild surface cleaner on the inner walls and glass. Be very careful when cleaning the heating elements. I'd just use a damp cloth and don't press on them too hard. It comes with a removable crumb tray, so cleaning out the bottom is as simple as sliding it out and rinsing it off. You can use a sponge if you need to scrub it.
