Q: QuestionIs this PTFE free? The answer has been given that it is PFOA free, but nothing in regards to PTFE.

• A:Answer I read in a previous post from last year that Breville products in general are not PTFE free, but none of their ovens heat to 600 degrees where the PTFE could start to break down. I think that point is about 620 degrees. I bought the oven and aside from that one concern, it is incredible from a cooking perspective.

Q: QuestionI just bought a Breville LOV600 air fryer and I was wondering if I should leave the crumb tray in position all the time? I noticed it discoloured somewhat during the first prep heating.
