- Answer You can put anything in this oven that you can put in a standard oven (subject to size constraints). Plastic will melt - this is not a microwave.

- Answer The BOV860 does not have a dehydration function. The lowest temperature available on the BOV860 is 120 degrees F, and you can run that temperature for up to two hours.
