“I bought this microwave just over 2 years ago and it is DEAD. Runs but doesn’t heat, makes a bad burning plastic smell. Other microwaves have lasted so long I got rid of them because they were ugly. Has anyone else had this issue??”

• Ours made it three years, but is dead now (E-08 code). Breville, you can give me the same canned response as everyone else now. But how about a longer warranty period?
