Yes. One knob changes the temperature from 10% to 100%. It even tells you if that temperature is considered reheat or soften or defrost as a guide. The other knob allows you to select how much time, which seems to be in 10 second increments for times over 1 minute, 5 second increments between 20 - 60 seconds, and 1 second increments for less than 20 seconds. Then just hit the start button. 

In addition, you can change the time and temperature on the fly! So, you entered 60 seconds at 50% power and hit the start button. Now you realize you wanted 60 seconds at 30% power. Just turn the knob down to 30% without stopping the microwave.
