• Yes, the Brother ADS-1200 allows you to add more pages using Brother iPrint&Scan and save the documents as one PDF file.

• I believe so. I have not used such a large number of pages but I believe I have scanned a single document in multiple passes into one PDF. The feeder only holds so many sheets so you have to break down larger documents but you can create a single pdf. Ie it lets you keep going after you’ve scanned one group. Pretty sure I did this.
