• The Brother ADS1200 does support scanning to a designated folder on your computer. The folder an be adjusted to your preference.

• Every time you scan, it asks for a folder. If you don't change it, it defaults to the previous one. So as long as you never change it, that folder will remain the default. So the short answer is "yes."
