1. You should not experience any issues with a hole-punch paper but can't guarantee that images of the holes won't come on your scanned document. 2. If you have a Post-It note on your document, it may be better to put the document in a Transparent Sleeve (optional purchase available through Brother; included with some Scanner Models)) and then scan the document. 3, Use a Transparent sleeve for photos, too. If you want to scan photos, it may be better to buy a flat-bed scanner.
