Is it possible to print from iPhone 7 Plus ? null

Yes, it has AirPrint and can print from any apple device.

I've had no problems printing from either an iPhone 6 or an iPad Pro.

I have printed from an I-phone 6 so I would assume it is possible. You will find the document in your phone, select print, select the printer (once wireless is set up) and then done and it should print. It does take a bit longer to transmit then it does when printing from a computer
