• Yes, it can. I scanned a very wrinkled certificate award I received from a state-wide competition. The scan appeared in color and I was able to print the colored version to my other printer using card stock, making myself a copy of the award in a crisp new look. Photos should work the same. I have included a picture of my scan (I turned the file into PDF, but jpeg and PNG (both photo files) were also options. Hope this answers your question.
