“What is going on with the battery. When i first charged it the battery light is green and i scanned one page turned it off and later same day i turn it on and battery light is red and i charged over night and its still red. This is the second one I’ve had”

For some weird reason, it only charges when you plug the USB cable into a computer, not a typical adapter you might use for a phone or tablet. After a few mins of charging on my computer, it crashed it pretty bad. This is a deal breaker for me so I'm probably returning. I'll try Doxie Go SE wifi instead.

Battery is designed that way. Light turns red after just a few scans by will last a long time after turning red.
